Mineral Wells ISD has updated its vendor packet in response to new requirements established by Senate Bill 12.

Texas law requires school districts to notify contractors of policies and procedures related to prohibited diversity, equity, and inclusion duties and certain instructional activities. Mineral Wells ISD Board Policy CJ(LOCAL) addresses these requirements for contractors providing services to or on behalf of the District.

All current vendors and contractors who previously completed a vendor packet must contact the Mineral Wells ISD Business Office to complete and submit the updated packet before conducting future business with the District. The updated packet includes the required notice and information regarding contractor responsibilities.
