The Payroll Department collaborates closely with Human Resources to ensure accurate payroll processing and compliance with state and federal regulations. We are dedicated to meeting all reporting requirements for state agencies in a timely manner.

Our department operates on strict deadlines, making it crucial for any payroll-related changes to be submitted promptly. Please allow 3-5 business days for the completion of employment or income verification requests and other related forms.

Notice Regarding Your 2024 Health Insurance Coverage Information (Form 1095-C)

As per the Affordable Care Act, you may request a copy of your Form 1095-C detailing the health insurance coverage offered to you by Mineral Wells ISD for the 2024 calendar year. This form is important for filing your tax return and can be accessed by contacting the Payroll department. If you are a current employee, you can access the form in your Employee Access in Skyward. You will only receive a Form 1095-C upon request.
