Partners Resource Network (PRN) is a non-profit agency that operates the Texas statewide network of Parent Training and Information (PTI) Centers serving parents of children and youth with disabilities ages of 0-26 as well as youth self-advocates ages 14-26. PTIs are funded by the U.S. Department of Education, Office of Special Education Programs (OSEP). In Texas, there are four PTI projects: PACT, PATH, PEN, and TEAM.

The Parent-Directed Special Education Services (PDSES) program, previously, the Supplemental Special Education Services (SSES) program is a one-time $1,500 online grant for parents/guardians of eligible students served by special education and who are enrolled in a Texas public school.
