Returning Student Enrollment – Mineral Wells ISD


All new and returning students will be able to enroll for the 2025-2026 school year beginning May 6, 2025.

For returning students, parents and guardians must complete the online registration process through Skyward Family Access. This step is essential to ensure student records are accurate and up to date for the upcoming school year.

Frequently Asked Questions about Student Registration

  • The primary family is listed on the student’s enrollment record. Only students who were enrolled in Mineral Wells ISD at the end of the last school year (2024-25).

  • Your MWISD Family Access login is all that is needed to complete the forms.

  •  An email will be sent to the email account on file with MWISD. There is a “Forgot password” link on the login screen if you cannot remember your password.

    1.  Go to your child’s campus and provide a valid email address.
    2. Download the Skyward app to your device.
    3. Select the Family Access module.
    4. Email notifications from Skyward can be set up through the desktop version of Family Access. 
  • Online registration is easy to complete, and we encourage all parents to utilize this feature.

  • No, there is a “Save and Finish Later” button, should you need to step away and come back to it later.

  • You should be able to complete the entire process within 15 minutes.

  • Yes, you must go through the process with each child.

  • You can contact your child’s campus beginning Monday, July 28, 2025.
