Mineral Wells ISD is accepting Competitive Sealed Proposals for the District Services Center Gym Demolition Project.
Project Description:
Project includes:
- Asbestos Containing Material (ACM) abatement services for the 13,980 SF District Services Center Gym
- Clean demolition of the 13,980 SF District Services Center Gym
- Demolition of the 32,500 SF, two-story, with basement, fire-damaged Old Fannin High School building, including asbestos-containing waste
Pre-Proposal Conference:
A non-mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference will be held at:
