Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) – Free School Meals for All Students

Dear Mineral Wells ISD Families,

Mineral Wells ISD is pleased to announce that all campuses will participate in the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) under the National School Lunch Program and School Breakfast Program for the 2026–2027 school year.

Through CEP, all enrolled students will receive breakfast and lunch at no charge each school day. Because the district participates in CEP, families do not need to complete free or reduced-price meal applications.

While school meals are provided at no cost, students may still purchase à la carte items (extra servings) and snack items using cash, check, or funds available in their MySchoolBucks account.
