Become a Sponsor

The Future is Bright…

Project Graduation is highly praised and appreciated by Mineral Wells teachers, parents, administrators, and local law enforcement, but it is not directly associated with the school district. This program is solely run and supported by local volunteers, parent groups and booster clubs, and businesses here in Mineral Wells. This means community and business support is vital to making Project Graduation a success! As Mineral Wells has grown, so has the cost of hosting Project Graduation. This year we estimate it will take more than $80,000 for a location that includes games, prizes, food, security, DJs, shirts, and other expenses to make the event successful. Sponsorship Levels

Valedictorian - $10,000 or more

  • • Primary placement on t-shirt (given to every graduate)
  • • Logo at up to 4 locations at Project Graduation event
  • • One promotional item (vendor provided) included in senior packets
  • • Logo listed on Project Graduation website and social media platforms

Salutatorian - $5,000 or more

  • • Primary logo placement on back of t-shirt (given to every graduate)
  • • Sponsorship of one activity or event with logo displayed
  • • Logo included in all communication regarding project graduation
  • • One promotional item (vendor provided) included in senior packets

Summa Cum Laude - $2,500 or more

  • • Primary logo placement on back of t-shirt (given to every graduate)
  • • Logo included in all communication regarding project graduation
  • • One promotional item (vendor provided) included in senior packets

Magna Cum Laude - $1,000 or more

  • • Logo on back of t-shirt (given to every graduate)
  • • Logo included in all communication regarding project graduation
  • • One promotional item (vendor provided) included in senior packets

Cum Laude - $500 or more

  • • Logo included in all communication regarding project graduation
  • • One promotional item (vendor provided) included in senior packets

Sponsor a senior for the $500 drawing

  • For each $100 donation you make on behalf of a senior, he or she will receive a raffle ticket for the $500 drawing. Please include the student’s name.

Other Opportunities

  • Project Graduation is also in need of raffle items and gift cards given out to students throughout the night and volunteers for the night of the event.

Prizes

  • Computers, televisions, sunglasses, video games, appliances, purses, jewelry, gift cards and gift baskets are just a few examples of prizes. We've created an Amazon WISH LIST to make it easier for you to donate prizes for our graduates.
